Delaney's Room

Delaney is the biggest animal lover I have ever met. I know it is only a matter of time before she switches to a vegetarian lifestyle like myself. She has especially taken a liking to aquatic life (which I have posted about on the blog). It was an easy choice to go with an ocean inspired room for her. :-)

Delaney was really upset about having her own room when we moved. She thought she would be lonely and scared. Turns out - she loves having her own space even more than Abi does. I think she especially like all of her own books being in her room (before they were all piled together in one big mess with Abi's and Westley's). She has been reading a lot more since we moved. Which I love to see!

The mural took quite a few days to complete, especially since all three kids had the h1n1 when I started on her room. But I love the way it turned out. Here is a time lapse video of me makig the mural:
